Palworld Breeding Calculator
Pick the Pal you want and, if you like, the Pal you start from: the calculator finds the shortest chain of breedings and draws it as a tree, with the second parent needed at each step. If your game is synced with Pal Companion, it starts from the Pals already in your box.
How breeding works in Palworld
Breeding needs a Breeding Farm, a male and a female Pal, and a Cake. The egg they produce goes into an incubator. Which species hatches does not depend on luck: every Pal carries a hidden breeding power, and the child is the species whose power is closest to the average of both parents' powers, rounded up. When two species are equally close, the earlier one in the game's list wins.
Two families of Pals escape that rule. 26 species, such as Jetragon, Neptilius, Frostallion, can only be bred from two parents of their own species. And 90 fixed recipes always give the same child whatever the powers say: Flambelle + Fuack = Fuack Ignis; Celaray + Univolt = Celaray Lux; Bushi Noct + Croajiro = Croajiro Noct.

The species is only half of the job: passive skills and IVs are inherited from the parents with their own odds. The Perfect Pal planner computes those odds and the number of eggs to expect.
Every Pal, every combination
Each Pal has its own page in the Paldex with its breeding power, the parent combinations that produce it, and a link back to this calculator with the target already set.
